Stores

The Store plays a key role as it offers an on-site place to replenish much needed supplies to fulfill the daily requirements of the institution. The Store function involves physical control of materials, preservation of stores,minimization of obsolescence and damage through timely disposal and efficient handling, maintenance of store records, proper location and stocking. To cater for the institution’s needs, Riara has policies and procedures in place to ensure that stocks are well managed. The Institution has setup Stores on each campus to enhance flexibility and quick response to the clients’ needs. The automation model of our process has ensured that our learners and staff are effectively and efficiently served. To achieve this, Riara has decentralized the distribution of materials on all our satellite campuses to offer better services to its customers.
