The HR department is in charge of all employees and employee-related operations and is tasked with maximizing employee productivity while ensuring they have everything they need to perform their responsibilities.

The RGS HR department supports staff strength of 806 as of June 30th 2022. The Department is headed by Group Human Resources Manager and carries out the following functions;
