Central Processing Unit (CPU)
Riara Group of Schools invested in a Central processing unit (C.P.U) at the Springs campus in the year 2016 where the facility centralized procurement and common food production processes across the campuses of Riara Group of Schools. Our CPU has state of the art equipment, professional catering staff, and diverse menus. All our meals are produced under the highest levels of hygiene and here is a food safety department which conducts hygiene audits to ensure all our meals are fresh and safe for consumption.
The Riara CPU produces a total of 6,300 fresh and nutritious meals in a day. In addition, our CPU also caters to all RGS school functions ranging from 200 – 2200 pax. Majority of our fresh produce is sourced from our school farm. The food preparation and processing is done at the CPU and delivered to the outlet where minimal preparation is required before serving to our customers.
